I currently train three times a day and this includes a strength and conditioning sessions, which includes weight training and power work. My conditioning includes running and circuit training. my programme is written by Ben Rosenblatt

I do one technique session a day with my coach Luke Preston whom coached the 2012 Olympic team, this is where i work on my techniques and gripping drill. We also do video analysis to look back on previous competitors and new competitors, this helps ,me have a plan when I’m fighting.

I also train a sparring session three times a week where I fight top level judoka’s

I travel a lot for training camps where I am able to fight the world’s best judoka where I am able to test myself and try new things ready for my next tournament
